Your privacy is important to us at Epoch Everlasting Play LLC ("Epoch). This privacy policy describes the information Epoch collects from you, and how we use that information. It also describes what information third parties collect from you, and how we and they use that information. Defined terms are italicized and can be found in the DEFINITIONS section below. Child/children (kid/kids). Individuals who are not of legal age to consent to the collection and processing of their personal information. In the United States, those are individuals under 13. In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), Epoch does not knowingly provide its services to persons under the age of 13. Epoch also does not send email correspondence to anyone who Epoch knows to be under the age of 13.

Interest-based advertising. Targeted ads for products and services that, based on your activities, are likely to be of interest to you.
Third party. A company unrelated to Epoch including third-party sites that we link to, or third parties that operate online stores or mobile app stores. Read more below in the LINKS AND THIRD PARTIES section.
Third-party partner or third-party service provider. A third party that Epoch has engaged to help it provide Epoch Services, including agents, venders, service providers, and others.
Epoch Services are online services offered by Epoch, including: Epoch Sites and Online Stores. You may have to interface with a third party to make a purchase or log into additional services, which may be governed by a separate privacy policy.
We offer opportunities to purchase products in our online stores or through our business partners. Online stores may be part of a larger Epoch Site.
As noted in more detail below, we collect information from you and about you to provide you with Epoch Services. The information we collect depends on the specific Epoch Services involved and the nature of your interaction with us.

When a customer uses the Epoch Services to put an item in a shopping cart, places an order or requests a catalogue online, we collect order information associated with the transaction. This may include personal information about your child.
Customers may register when they place orders to conveniently complete an order and place future orders. When registered customers return to the Epoch Service to place subsequent orders, they can identify themselves with their login information.
We collect some automatically collected information, including device information, to provide you with appropriate Epoch Services or Epoch Sites (for example, in your language) when you use or visit them.
We may receive third-party–provided information about you from commercial sources. We may combine that information with other personal information about you that we’ve collected.

If Epoch believes that anyone’s behavior in any Epoch Service may damage us, Epoch Services, or any person or property, we may disclose personal information to prevent such harm. In that case, we may try to identify the wrongdoer, contact them, or bring legal action against them.
We share any information (including personal information) we obtain as necessary to satisfy a legal request or subpoena, protect property or personal safety, when an Epoch business is bought or sold, or as otherwise permitted or required by law.
When you place an order or register on an Epoch Service where transactions are handled by a third-party vendor, those transactions are conducted through the vendor’s website.

If you receive marketing or promotional emails from us that you would rather not receive, simply follow the “unsubscribe” instructions included in each message. Please note that a request to unsubscribe from marketing or promotional emails will not apply to transactional emails (such as those related to a purchase, paid subscription, or product registration). Postal mailing opt-out requests may take longer than email opt-out requests.
As required by applicable law, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information. These may include the ability to access, update, or delete your personal information; withdraw your consent to our collection or use of your personal information; object to our processing of your personal information; request a portable copy of your personal information, or opt out of the "sale" of your personal information. We take many special precautions to protect the privacy of children. If you have a question about whether a particular Epoch Service is directed to children, please use contact us using the “contact” link available on our sites.
To participate in special activities, games, or contests, we might ask your child to register. They can often do so anonymously by just providing a first name or user name, and password. When we ask for your child’s first name, we encourage them to use a “screen name” (not their real name) that only they know. Sometimes we will ask your child to make up a special password so that only they can see their customized areas of Epoch Services. We use technology, like cookies, to recognize visitors by their user name when they use or revisit Epoch Services, and to provide us important information that helps us understand features and areas of most interest. We may also use these technologies to screen for age.
We may sometimes need a child’s email address, your email address, or both. We may ask a child for your email address, so we can notify you of your child’s interest in Epoch Services. In the limited circumstances where we might collect your child’s email address without getting your consent first (see more below), if we need more than just your child’s first name (or screen name) and email address for your child to participate in a particular Epoch Service, we will ask your child for your email or mailing address so that we can notify you of your child’s request and get your permission. When we ask for your permission, we will tell you what we will do with the information you or your child provides us, and how you can review your child’s information and ask us to delete the information. With your consent, we may collect other personal information from your child such as a last name or home address when the information is necessary for a particular activity.
We don’t keep your (or your child’s) email address unless you tell us it is okay. If social networking opportunities are available through Epoch Services, they are structured so that no personal information is shared between visitors unless parental consent is obtained.
Epoch might collect an email address and first name (or screen name) from your child without your consent, but only in the following special cases:

Your child can navigate to the general internet through most of Epoch Services. Websites, online services, or apps that can be accessed through an Epoch Service are governed by the third party’s privacy practices, and not this Privacy policy. We recommend that you check the applicable privacy policy and terms of use each time you use any website, online service, or app so you understand how your and your children’s personal information will be collected and used, and by whom.
We encourage you to spend time with your children when they are online or using any mobile device or connected product so you understand the features of the Service and the activities they allow, and to adopt available device and browser controls that reflect your preferences about your children’s ability to access the internet or make purchases online.
If you no longer want your child to participate in an email newsletter, please submit a request via email at: consumer@epocheverlastingplay.com.
Upon proper identification, a parent or legal guardian may access and review the personal information we have collected about their child, update their child’s contact details, request deletion, or refuse to allow further collection or use of the information. Please note, however, if you ask us to delete your child’s information, your child may not be able to participate in some of Epoch Services.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. When this happens, we will notify you by posting the updated statement on our Epoch Sites and obtain your consent where required by law.
If you are a resident of California or a resident of Nevada, you have certain privacy rights as described in this section.
If you reside in California, we are required to provide additional information to you about how we use and disclose your information. You may also have additional rights with regard to how we use your information. We have included this California-specific information below.

Subject to certain exceptions, as a California resident, you have the right to: (i) obtain deletion of your personal information; (ii) obtain access to your personal information; (iii) request correction of inaccurate personal information, and (iv) receive information about the categories of personal information about you that we have "sold" (as that term is defined under California law) to "third parties" (as that term is defined under California law) and also that we have disclosed for a "business purpose" (as that term is defined under California law)

You also have a right to limit the use of your sensitive personal information (as that term is defined under California law). Under California Civil Code § 1798.83, as a California resident, you may opt out of Epoch disclosing personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. You may exercise these rights by submit a request via email at consumer@epocheverlastingplay.com as detailed in the Your Privacy Choices page. We will use your email to communicate with you regarding your request.
Subject to certain exceptions, under Nevada Revised Statutes 603A, Nevada residents may opt out of the “sale” of personal information covered under the statute. You may exercise these rights by submit a request via email at consumer@epocheverlastingplay.com as detailed in the Your Privacy Choices page. We will use your email to communicate with you regarding your request. You may also contact Epoch at 973-316-2500 for assistance in exercising any of the California rights described above.
We do not take action to respond to “do not track” signals available on some browsers.
Some web browsers may transmit “do not track” signals. Web browsers may incorporate or activate these features differently, making it unclear if users have consciously activated them. As a result, at this time we do not take steps to respond to such signals. You can manage your cookie preferences using your own browser settings to accept or block some or all cookies or receive notice so you can consent to cookies. If you block all cookies some features of Epoch Sites may be unavailable to you.
